Something new and exciting is happening and for that, a few changes are necessary. (do not panic!). Our chickens will be even better. How is that possible? Good question! We are happy to introduce “Mary’s” free-range, non GMO chickens to our menu. Couple that with our “Wood-fired, Sicilian rotisserie (still the one and only in America), often imitated but never duplicated. And, what do you get? “Crispy skin, moist and flavorful, simply the best!” … New York TimesWe also are announcing new business hours. Beginning July 1, 2015, our new hours will be Tues thru Sunday, ‘Closed on Mondays’. Lunch, featuring our fabulous Italian burgers and sandwiches, will be served Tues thru Fri, 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. (Try the popular “Costra Nostra” Burger and the Pollo Palermo Sandwich). Dinner hours will be from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Tues thru Sunday, for dine-in, take-out and home delivery.Roasting hours for our Mary’s free-range chickens will be specific from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Tue thru Sun. Only 60 chickens will be roasted each day to insure their freshness and quality. Come early or reserve yours ahead of time before they “fly away”! Pre-order any time during the day by phone.Another surprise: After so many of your requests, we are happy to announce that our “Boneless Rotisserie-Roasted Leg of Lamb” will be served nightly.
