Their Palermo, Sicily custom-made wood-fired rotisserie oven stands the test of time in the heart of their kitchen. It was the first ever imported to North America from Italy—announced in the New York Times article At the Nation's Table while at their original North Beach San Francisco location, and can roast 126 chickens at once.
